Technical Support applies to the following:
- Be at the Customer's Base within 3 Hours on working days, (Monday to Friday from 08:00 until 20:00) and applies to customers located within 50Km Radius from EiS or its Partner base
- Remote Telematics Support
- Telephone Coverage
- Conversation through Skype©
- e-mail Support
Further customer requests may be provided based on a "Special Services Contract".
