Technical Support applies to the following:

  • Be at the Customer's Base within 3 Hours on working days, (Monday to Friday from 08:00 until 20:00) and applies to customers located within 50Km Radius from EiS or its Partner base
  • Remote Telematics Support
  • Telephone Coverage
  • Conversation through Skype©
  • e-mail Support

Further customer requests may be provided based on a "Special Services Contract".
